    Great UES building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location near the Q and 456. Landlord is nice and super is great, very responsive.
    Cons:
    Cockroaches 1-2 times per year (not bad in my opinion, but still gross)
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the good work!
