    Holy mice problems!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Quiet overall building. Only studios do fighting over the washer dryer is minimal.
    Cons:
    Major mice infestation for over a year. Nice have even eaten the screen on my windows, twice!
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the mice problems
