    Beautiful details, friendly neighbors, amazing location. Landlord and super are wonderful

    Pros:
    Clean building. Responsive landlords. Fair landlords. Best landlords I’ve had living in the city for 15+yrs. Laundry in unit. Great location!
    Cons:
    Garbage in entry is unfortunate. It was always a little stinky.
    Advice to owner:
    Thank you for being great landlords!
