Big one bedroom
Landlord will try and screw you over if she can make some money off you. She decreased rent during COVID then pretended this email was a typo. Get everything in writing/signed and make friends with a real estate attorney... It's helpful. Also caught her threatening an Amazon worker who buzzed her door to deliver a package. She's crazy!
