    Pretty good for the price

    Pros:
    Quiet, large rooms, cool in the summer, reasonably priced
    Cons:
    Super takes forever to fix something, really hot in the winter, old appliances, bath tub doesn’t work only shower
    Advice to owner:
    Send your security deposits back, it’s not your money
