Cons:
The landlord/management company is HORRIBLE. The worst to deal with

The heat and hot water were not working for a week during Winter 19/20 and it took them far too long to fix it with no compensation

The floors are very old, and very damaged and the noise from the creeks is very loud. Not only in your own apartment but you can hear it from the upstairs neighbor above.
Advice to owner:
Be more flexible and more human. It was impossible to get a proper response from someone.
