    Decent NYC Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Quiet.
    Landlord company does respond to repairs.
    Bathroom is clean.
    Apartment is cozy.
    Cons:
    Month of January 2020 I did not have heat and had to stay at my boyfriend’s place. During this time they did not take off $ for rent.
    Kitchen needs to be redone.
    Neighbors steal packages.
    Advice to owner:
    Install a working camera to prevent packages from being stolen.
