    Old and Damp, slow landlord
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Not much, relatively responsive landlord but not great.
    Cons:
    Loud and quite dirty hall.
    Very dated bathrooms and kitchens
    Landlord says dogs are not allowed but many tenants have them. I Love dogs so this is good really.
    No dishwasher or laundry.
    Landlord comes across as very aloof.
    Advice to owner:
    Improve the quality of the apartments - all old and need some renovation.
