    Pros:
    super/property managers are communicative and respond quickly to any issues

    there aren’t many issues to begin with - no rodents, bugs, heating, or water issues
    Cons:
    Could use a general space floor more often. I’ve seen a chip remain on the floor for over a month
    Advice to owner:
    more general space cleaning, more organized recycling
