    Ancient building and little dirty
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Well locates and beautiful apartments
    Cons:
    It's an ancient building and needs more maintenance. Recycling is always in the first-floor hall, and it looks very messy
    Advice to owner:
    Needs to be cleaner, and water pressure needs to improve.
