Was amazing, but new owners clearly are extremely GREEDY

Pros:
Friendly doormen, clean, quiet, spacious, great location
Cons:
New ownership forcing MANY tenants out with 25%+ rent increases on rents that were already overpriced due to the lack of a real gym and real roof deck. pure greed.
Advice to owner:
Sell back to Solow.

pretty nice, but definitely not luxury.

Pros:
nice enough doormen and porters, the super is an idiot that doesn't want to be bothered.

the super is an idiot that doesn't want to be bothered.
the "gym" is non-existent, tiny room with 5 pieces of equipment and a broken incline bench.
not quick to replace broken appliances, they recycle old appliances when something breaks- because many apartments have been renovated and have stainless steel appliances not. so they have lots of the old white appliances to keep in rotation.
Advice to owner:
if you want to charge premium rents, you need to have a "luxury building"
don't charge $8k/month but have old appliances, metal levolor blinds and buckled parquet floors.
