Worst apartment

Pros:
The area is safe
There’s a park close to the apartment
Cons:
The property owner tried to keep my 6 months worth of security deposit. I had to ask over and over to get it back.
The heater was broken and they just told me to get my own heater. Which resulted in my electricity bill unbelievably expensive. They did nothing to help.
The shower doesn’t get hot.
Advice to owner:
Please fix the heater and the shower, please watch how you talk to the tenants
