    Well taken care of, amazing super

    The building is old, can look dirty at times, but expected of an old building

    Pros:
    Love my unit! Never had bugs or mice, and it was easy to clean. The landlord came whenever we needed him! It was always warm in the winter, and the neighbors were lovely.
    Cons:
    The stairs up to the apartments are very gross! I wish they had been cleaned more often. We never had pests, but once saw a dead mouse on a landing. It was taken care of within a few hours, but still!
    Advice to owner:
    Please clean the stairway more often!
