    Pros:
    Friendly superintendent, generally very quiet in the building, strong heating in the winter, no mice
    Cons:
    Radiators can be overly hot without any adjustment, cockroaches occasionally, community housing directly across the street boasts music until 2 AM on weekends and in the summer

    Great building with small units

    Pros:
    The building is very clean and well-maintained. The super is always out and keeps the garbage area tidy. Good water pressure. Very few pests for NYC.
    Cons:
    I’ve had a few plumbing issues with water leaking into my unit. The owners have always sent a plumber ASAP and have fixed the issue in a timely matter. Otherwise, the units are all pretty small. I’ve seen the occasional cockroach (maybe a couple each year tops) but no mice or major infestations. The building will also provide exterminator services if needed.
