    Love this place
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The super is incredibly on top of it. Management is responsive and take care of problems within a matter of hours. It's a newly renovated building with few tenats and it's a great place to live
    Cons:
    The neighbors can be loud at times but it's totally manageable .
