As far as landlords go, pretty good

Pros:
Landlord is kind and understanding and responds to issues very quickly. There’s only 8 units in the building so there’s not a lot of noise or lots of people coming and going. The apartment is huge for nyc standards. Pretty good natural light.
Cons:
Owner can skimp on fixing things the best way to save money. The noise on the street outside the apartment is sometimes unbearable especially in the summer. Expect to call 311 a lot.
