    Consistent Issues in Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Sizable apartment with 2 bed 2 bath.
    Kitchen separate from living area.
    Cons:
    Heat and AC never worked consistently. Hot water came and went, at one point having no hot water for over a week. Heat also not working for over a week. Constant reminding and pushing to complete things in the apartment.
