    It’s a fine place
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Right by 110th 6 station, convenient to central park & 2/3. Super is nice & helped out most of the time.
    Cons:
    We got mice & roaches. Exterminator barely helped. Rent increased a lot every year (2-300$).
