    Increased Rent during Covid

    Pros:
    Nice space, washer and dryers.
    Cons:
    Cockroaches, poor responsiveness from owner, increased rent during covid, poor communication.

    Please respond to emails.

    Cons:
    Jennifer O Sullivan is the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with. I made a couple late payments during my stay and paid the late fees and she still kept the security deposit. Wildly unprofessional and petty. I wish I could copy the email chain in here to show how childish she is.
    Advice to owner:
    Find a new career.
