    It's in Manhattan.

    Pros:
    I like that it's in Manhattan.
    Cons:
    Water pressure, old cheap repairs, old tiles, unreliable heat, roaches.
    Advice to owner:
    Spend the money and fix the place up.

    Convenient spot, close to 6 train, near many restaurants
    Cons:
    Pests were an issue and management was not typically responsive to problems
