    Pros:
    The super is excellent.
    Cons:
    The building management do nothing, never reply to emails or calls, totally incompetent. Noise problems, roach problems. AVOID RENTING HERE!

    You are the most incompetent business I've ever dealt with.

    Layout is a little wonky, MAJOR theft, bug and rodents problem throughout building and units.
    Advice to owner:
    Better pest management. Better management needed asap.
