    You get what you pay for

    Pros:
    Rent is great for a 3bed 1.5 bath.
    Cons:
    Building is dirty and looks it could do with a powerwash. Noise levels are sky-high especially if your room faces the street. You can hear conversations from street-level.

    Tenants would smoke cigarettes and weed in the hallway
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate the stairwell and actually maintain it
