    Unfit for Humans to Live In - Health and Safety Violations

    If it were possible to give this property 0 stars, I would
    Cons:
    Apartments are full of roaches, rodents, and mold, plumbing is backed up and water pressure is non-existent, floors are rotting and caving in, there were no smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors, there were constant electrical issues and power surges, along with creaky and unsafe stairs with wobbly banisters, non-functioning doorbells and no intercom system. Building owners make noise at all hours and refuse to make any repairs to the property. Any attempts at calling 311 or reporting the health and safety violations are met with violence and threats from the landlord, building owners, and their family members. To say this building is unsafe would be an understatement, keep away at all costs.
