    -A lot of space in apartments
    -Built ins
    -Roof space
    Cons:
    -Weird format for apartments
    -dark
    -not always well kept in hallway
    -Bugs

    Landlord could be nicer.

    Small building.
    Large room and closets.
    Cons:
    Landlord made it very difficult to move. Too many requirements for a small brownstone.
    Advice to owner:
    Be fairer to tenants.
