Critical design flaws with master bath bathTub: Bathtub leaks into kitchen and can’t be used Viking stove has all function markings erased so you can’t tell what function or temperature stove is set to. Trial and error. Master shower doesn’t work. Noise carries throughout apartment so it’s only ideal for a young couple or single person. Not safe or friendly for kids under 9. Downstairs tub has hot water turned off. Apartment was listed for $7500 ans is worth $5000 tops. Rear addition of building is not at code and leaks when it rains. Mold is in ceiling between kitchen and master bath because of countless leaks. Basement apartment had dysfunctional fridge for a year before it was replaced with larger fridge taken up a lot of room in a small space.
Advice to owner:
Correct the quirks throughout your apartment and don’t blame the tenants for its dysfunction. Bring the building to code and stop being cheap.
