BEWARE: Mouse Infestation + No Owner Response

Pros:
As long as you don't have any issues, it's a fine place to live. As soon as you have to deal with maintenance or the owner, you're screwed and I hope you have a lot of time to waste.

Cons:
Dealt with a mouse infestation for a year. Had building maintenance come to the apartment a dozen times before we could finally get them to send out dial-a-bug. None of this fixed the issue and we caught 12 mice in a month-long period. At this point, we stopped using the kitchen completely as droppings were found in drawers and all over the stove. After 2 dozen visits from building maintenance and 4 visits from dial-a-pest, maintenance said there was nothing else they could do for us and we should contact the owner. We chased after the owner for a week and half for them to try to scam us by saying that they would let us out of the lease early if we agreed to forfeit our security deposit (this isn't legal!). Regarding the mouse issue, we heard from maintenance that this was a larger issue not isolated to our apartment, so be careful.
