    Great landlords and building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Probably the best place to live in this area. Got all the nice amenities, amazing super, trash chute on each floor, and cameras on every floor for safety
    Cons:
    Very very thin ceiling/floor. You’re lucked out if you end up with a noisy neighbor
