    Sewage and mold

    Pros:
    Actually Literally nothing
    Cons:
    So much mold
    Sewage leaked multiple times filled up bathtub
    Apartment made me sick from mold
    Unresponsive
    Sewage water ran out of the lights and no cleaning was done ceiling still full of water
    Advice to owner:
    Close the building
