Overall Good experience
Pros
Well maintained building with a nice video intercom. New appliances throughout the units and great responsiveness with the landlord when dealing with any issues.
Cons
Everyone in the building had been experiencing hot water issues. I took too many cold showers to keep track of. And, even after myself and my neighbors submitted requests to resolve the issue, options were offered that only involved the management not spending money on a second water heater for the building. We did have to put up a good fight but finally got it fixed.
