    Nice, but worth it??

    Pros:
    Lovely location. High ceilings. Nice natural light
    Cons:
    Almost no storage. Mice. Slow to address maintenance.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a management company that actually responds to residents.

    Neighbors are good, so close to the subway, and clean!
    Cons:
    Some issues with the building just because it's a bit older.
