    Good location, bad management

    Location is great
    Cons:
    Super, management will not get back to you.

    Heat and gas is included, great location
    Cons:
    Super is not responsive at all, when I first moved in it took the super/owner a month to replace a major appliance that didn’t work, loud on weekends, building has a roach problem
    Advice to owner:
    Clean more, be more responsive
