    Pretty decent cant complain

    Pros:
    Look and feel of the building and apartment as it does not look like regular NYCHA although it is half
    Cons:
    Not too much to complain about; Wish i can upgrade
    Advice to owner:
    Communication about upgrades including timeframes if possible
