    Pros:
    Well-maintained building.
    Very responsive, respectful management.
    Durable, functioning appliances (laundry/dryer, dishwasher, bathroom fixtures, central AC, etc.)
    Cons:
    Central A/C can run up energy costs considerably in summer and winter. Very convenient, but also inefficient.
