Definitely miss this place!

Pros:
Lovely doormen, beautiful building, always clean!
Cons:
Living on the first floor, quite a lot of bugs came in - better transparency around extermination would be great

Great building, great experience - as a sub-lease tenant in 2021.

Pros:
Well kept, friendly staff, positive experiences with staff at all times (even as a sub-lease tenant)
Cons:
Noisy floors (old, wooden construction), frequent renovations of units with new buyers, second elevator breaks down frequently.
Advice to owner:
Get friendly with neighbors and building staff. Helps to tip building staff during the holidays...
