    Building is nice and mostly clean with quiet tenants
    Cons:
    Building and amenities are aging without much upkeep.

    Rats in building. Terrible management.

    Close to Central Park
    Cons:
    Dirty common areas. Poor cleaning. Rats inside the building. Slow to respond to any service requests. Overpriced
