    No heat in winter, landlord didn’t care

    Pros:
    Apartment was nice
    Cons:
    did not have heat for entire months of December and January. Landlord could not have cared less. Neighborhood was very sketchy at night.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix problems when they occur
