    Good rooms, no pests
    Cons:
    Hallways get and stay dirty. Occasionally leaking in the hallways.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire more cleaning staff/supers

    Small but Mighty

    Pros:
    The building was comfortable and in a great location. The neighbors were always friendly. I never lost any mail or anything. It’s in a great location. Virtual doorman was amazing.
    Cons:
    Packages just kind of thrown about. Windows faced an alleyway.
