    friendly neighbors, nice size
    Cons:
    harassment from landlord, gas was off for 4 months with little communication

    The neighbors and neighborhood <3
    Cons:
    Gas was broken for 5 months, no compensation, almost no information on the timeline to fix it. Most disrespectful landlord and building staff I have ever encountered, super does not do anything to my knowledge.
