    I like the location and the neighborhood is nice

    not a ton of lighting

    Pros:
    Superintendent is quick to respond if something goes wrong. Landlord is not as quick but usually responds within the week. Pest control comes once every month if you need it in your apt.
    Cons:
    A lot of rats on this street. I think people are selling drugs in this street, so sometimes there are strange people walking around. Police commotion has happened a few times for the past year
