Renters approve of the building's owners
The live-in super was AMAZING, and the lobby area was beautiful.
Its back units are across from a nursery on 116th St, and every weekday from morning until 1 PM or so, you'd basically constantly hear kids screaming. Also, the gas went out and didn't get fixed for a few months, but I think that's probably mainly a NYC thing and not the owner's fault.
I don't really have much advice to give.
