All doormen are amazing, management responds quickly to requests and it's clean and quiet.
Cons:
Heat in the winter is loud and inconsistent. They've been having recent issues though so it's hard to say whether it's an ongoing problem

Doorman is very friendly, building is clean
Cons:
Pests and very small apartments for a high price. I had a stranger breaking in to my apartment and never received an apology. Pests were not managed after a month of insisting and personal items were damaged by the rodents. Upon arrival the apartment was not clean, it even had a dead cockroach
