    Overall great!

    Pros:
    -some noise from the street and sometimes neighbors but overall nothing crazy
    -in terms of pests we saw maybe 1 roach the whole time
    -the super was really nice and when our oven broke they replaced our stove in decently quick timing
    Cons:
    I think it depends on your apt and room. I personally had no complaints but I know my roommate’s wall-sharing neighbor was loud at times and at one point their cigarette smell was leaking into my roommate’s room

    Good sized rooms, building was kept clean

    Some neighbors were very noisy
