Apt 316 - great for first apt in NYC/college students
Pros
Direct Landlord is very kind for this particular apt Friendly staff Front desk Overall clean Package room Cute room Great location Good price Comes with bed and bedding (cute), pillows, kitchen utensils etc, desk, side table, storage baskets, towels, wine rack, and more.
Cons
Bed bugs (probably won't happen but just ask the front desk for help on this as per landlord advice) German Cockroaches (these are the small kind not the huge gross kind. make sure to keep the drain cover in the kitchen sink on at all times. that is where they came in from for me. landlord is always willing to help) No smoke detector in the apt obviously very small and there is only a kitchenette (comes with a hot plate, toaster oven, fridge)
Advice to the owners
None. Property owner is super awesome and the building staff is amazing!
