    Cheaper UWS apartment with ongoing pest issues
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Close to Columbus Square (Target, Whole Foods, HomeGoods, etc). Overall respectful neighbors. Good pricing for the area. Close to subway
    Cons:
    NYCHA across the street has caused major rat issues on the side of the block and people loitering (smoking, drinking blasting music often). Be prepared to have many rats around the front steps and garbage. Laundry room has rats and random leaks. On and off roach issues throughout the building even with monthly spraying.

    Laundry downstairs, organized trash and recycling, decent location
    Cons:
    Many cockroaches around the apartment
    Advice to owner:
    Send exterminator more frequently
