    Great Super, Loud Block
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    A responsive super and a generally hassle-free building
    Cons:
    The block itself is loud - lots of overnight idling trucks doing restaurant deliveries really disrupted by sleep.
    Advice to owner:
    better insulated windows (for both sound and temperature)

    Great location. Terrible if you want to keep any packages that arrive.
