depressing place to live

Pros:
natural light on the higher floors, close to train
Cons:
roach infestations, disgusting and frequently broken elevator (fire dept had to get me out once), super gets away with being rude and lazy, no upgraded appliances, splintering wood floors, had no hot water for 10 days, dirty hallways
Advice to owner:
gut renovate the building

Great "gem" of a place with an elevator and landlord downstairs

It can be noisy outside at night with homeless people at the park there
