    Overall a good place to live

    Pros:
    Lovely super, relatively responsive building manager. One neighbor keeps lovely garden in front
    Cons:
    Older building with minimal updates, some neighbors are loud music players,

    Affordable building with large apartments

    Pros:
    Gorgeous pre-war building in decent shape
    Apartments are pretty large
    Some great neighbors
    Super is fast to fix things that are urgent and is very friendly
    Great neighborhood
    Cons:
    Front doors to building don’t always lock
    Heat/hot water sometimes goes off
    Very rude man in the basement by the garbage
    Things that aren’t as urgent can go a long time without getting fixed
    Advice to owner:
    Replace the locks on doors
