Great apartment, but lots of scaffolding

Pros

Apartment was huge with brand new furnishings (it was a newly renovated apartment) and the building owners were always responsive when we had issues. The neighbors were kind and courteous.

Cons

The exterior has a ton of scaffolding. This blocked a bit of light on our floor, and lead to a lot of dirt & sketchy behavior below the scaffolding (especially at night)

Advice to the owners

Get rid of the scaffolding!

Pros

Nice apartment to rent from overall. If there's a thing you need, they'll send someone to take care of it.

Cons

No laundry in building, and nearest laundromat is around the corner, which is annoying. Also, agents show your place while you're still renting it if you're not renewing your lease.
