    quiet street, close to the train and great local businesses
    Cons:
    no elevator, tight staircase

    Great renovations that hide the crust below

    Building was cheap. Renovated backsplash, tile, stainless steel appliances.
    Overall mostly student population or elderly folk.
    Cons:
    Rats infest streets from 108th - 113th, due to street conditions and outdoor trash. Building started leaking in the lobby and owner management was very poor - tried to hold our security deposit hostage.
    Advice to owner:
    Need to wake up and realize that property management means you run a business, and thus are accountable to the people paying you thousands of dollars a month in rent. Simple repairs, keeping building operational, etc and communication are a prerequisite.
