    Great building experience!

    Pros:
    -Close to Columbia, between Broadway and Amsterdam, near lots of shops and transportation
    -Great amount of space, bedroom size, and living/kitchen facilities
    -Feels safe (locked front door)
    Cons:
    Found one (DEAD) cockroach, fruit flies accumulate quickly.
    Advice to owner:
    Would recommend the building and location!
